- Psychological Assessments (personality assessments, ADHD Evaluation) = $2800
- Psycho-Educational Assessments (e.g., learning disability/dyslexia, intellectually disabled, ADHD) = $3000
- Complex Clinical and/or Educational Evaluations for Diagnostic Clarification = $3500
- Consultation = $200/hr
*includes review of records provided, collateral reports, interview, testing, report writing, test feedback session
Note: minor's with divorced/separated parents may have additional assessment of $350 for separate interviews/feedback sessions
